Division of Insurance Merit Rating Board (Boston)

The Division of Insurance Merit Rating Board (MRB) contracted the engineering services of MortekSolutions more than two years ago for a project that would migrate their current domain infrastructure to a more current platform. This involved taking full control of the MRB’s current domain infrastructure from an existing agency whose IT department provided these services. MortekSolutions successfully deployed a Microsoft Windows 2003 Active Directory domain infrastructure in April 0f 2004, and continues to provide critical support in the day-to-day engineering resources required to maintain the infrastructure at peak performance. Using the Commonwealth’s proprietary software application (TeamSite), MortekSolutions completed phase 1 of the MRB’s website project, providing consumer information to Massachusetts insured drivers. The second phase will provide secure access to interdependent government agencies.
